2018 Symposium Registration information

Symposium Registration (Aug 7-9, 2018) includes:

• 2 full days of papers and presentations
• poster session
• networking events
• tour of a local facility mid-afternoon of Tues, Aug 7
• admission to supplier showcase
• light breakfasts on Aug 8 and Aug 9
• full buffet lunches on Aug 8 and Aug 9
• evening reception on Aug 8 with cash bar and 2 free drink tickets
• name badge
• list of attendees with contact information*
• printed onsite program booklet
• There are also two optional training courses (additional fees apply, see below)

To take advantage of ISA member rates, join the ISA online or use the ISA membership application form

The non-discounted list price rate includes a complementary 1-year full ISA membership. The student rate includes a complementary 1-year student ISA membership. Note: ISA membership costs $120 per year, so it’s often cheaper to join beforehand.

*To facilitate professional networking, a list of attendees with contact information is given to all participants. Attendees have the option of opting out of having their contact information included, however, we encourage attendees to share their contact information so that attendees can easily correspond with each other after the symposium.

Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodation.

Hotel Accommodation

The symposium is being held at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda in Bethesda, Maryland (15 minutes from Washington DC). We have arranged a special discounted hotel rate of $129/night (plus taxes) for symposium attendees for attendees to be able to book between Sunday, August 5 through Sunday, August 12. Please mention “ISA Water/Wastewater Symposium” when booking or use the hotel link below.

The discounted block of rooms at $129/night is available until July 23, 2018 or until they run out. After that normal room rates apply, subject to availability. It’s best to reserve your room early.

We recommend you use the online registration link to make sure you are getting access to the discounted rate.

Note: If you encounter any problems with hotel rooms not being available, please contact ISA customer service at 1-919-549-8411. ISA staff can then coordinate with the hotel to make sure more rooms are made available.

There are also three alternate hotels that are close by. Normal non-discounted rates apply. Note: These are not official symposium hotels. We recommend you stay at the official symposium hotel instead.
